The team offer a unique combination of expertise in everything from Design through to Cost Planning, Bid Management, Procurement and Risk Management of Building Services.Our team is a combination of Director and Senior Level Professionals who have been at the forefront of the industry and have a depth of knowledge of all Construction Sectors. We are a flexible team of free thinking individuals who aim to bring true value to any appointment.Our specialities include BCIS costed design solutions to Planning and tender; new build and refurbishment strategy assessments; performance design briefs; dilapidation and acquisition surveys; energy / life cycle analysis and project strategising on large scale projects. We have worked on schemes up to £75m construction value in our relatively short operating time, but with a wealth of experience behind us suggesting a wider offering is more than within our capabilities.
