Dale has been a part of North America\'s premier Pulp and Paper Process Engineering Department for over thirty years. Over the course of those years he has led and participated in projects from the feasibility stage though design and start-up assistance. He has experience in most of the Pulp and Paper Process Areas with particular strength in Stock Prep, Paper Machine, Coating Kitchen, and Coating Processes. His client list includes Domtar, IP, KC, G-P, SAPPI, SD Warren, Stora Enso, Bowater, Westvaco, Mead, WestRock, NewPage, Finch Pryun, KapStone, Weyerhaeuser, FQT, Gaylord Container, and Inland Container.Dale has filled several positions at Jacobs including Pulp & Paper Subject Matter Expert, Continuous Improvement Leader, Papermaking Section Leader, and Section Manager. In 2019 he was named as a TAPPI Fellow for meritorious service in the association and the pulp and paper industry.
