ABOUT DALE LEWIS
I retired as a 23 year police officer. During my time in law enforcement, I worked as a patrol officer, and my last 11 years were spent as a first line supervisor. I was heavily involved in training, impaired driving prevention, collision reconstruction and traffic safety. I served in positions at the local and state level in these areas. I was a pivotal player in creating a multi-jurisdictional team to investigate serious injury and fatality crashes. During my time as a first line supervisor, I became a student of leadership. I have attended numerous hours of leadership training, and constantly am looking to improve my leadership abilities personally and professionally.Post-retirement I attended law school at Oklahoma City University and graduated in May 2023. I am licensed to practice law in Oklahoma. I am interested in working in the government sector, perhaps as an in-house counsel for a large law enforcement agency of perhaps a municipality.
