With more than 20 years of experience building and scaling Life Science Tools companies, I’ve had the opportunity to lead global commercial, operational, and strategic teams through multiple product launches, commercial build-outs, and successful M&A outcomes. My career has centered on identifying breakthrough technologies early, shaping the strategy around them, and building high-performance organizations that drive aggressive top-line growth.I recently joined Meso Scale Diagnostics (MSD) as General Manager of the Proteomics Division, where I’m leading the creation of a new business unit focused on next-generation protein detection. I chose MSD because it sits at a rare inflection point: a company with deep scientific credibility, world-class assay platforms, and an emerging hyper-plexed detection technology that has the potential to redefine sensitivity, scalability, and translational impact in proteomics. The opportunity to build this division from the ground up—brand, team, strategy, and launch execution—was exactly the kind of challenge that energizes me.Previously, I served as CEO of Sphere Bio, leading the company through major commercial and strategic transformation in single-cell microfluidics.
