After 34 years as business owners, we sold New Directions Search to ZRG Partners in February 2014. My son, Nate and I had been working on a business transition plan for several years, and felt that God brought Larry Hartmann and ZRG Partners into our lives at just the right time. As part of the business integration plan, I will be staying on as a Senior Advisor to Larry and the other Managing Directors at ZRG. Nate will be staying with the new company as their Global Practice Head – Manufacturing & Industrial and as the leader of the Chicago (Wheaton) office.
