I am an experienced senior leader with a strong history of progressive leadership roles. I have demonstrated successful and impactful hands-on leadership. With over 17 years of progressive leadership experience in the IT industry, and more than 20 years of call center and service support, I am a veteran leader in BPO/ITO outsourcing and service delivery, currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Nordic Global. I lead the Managed Services segment, focusing on service operations and client experience within end-user IT outsourcing business. I also provide leadership consulting, voice of customer, and organizational change management support.As a Six Sigma Green Belt and ITIL-certified professional, I leverage my expertise in process improvement, service management, and business data analytics to drive productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. I have successfully led ServiceNow and Remedy migrations and implementations, as well as large enterprise business segments across the US, including Operations, Project Management, Contact Center/Service Center Leadership, Vendor Management, Business Development and Contract Negotiation, Budgeting, P&L Management, Quality, Voice of the Customer/Customer Experience program builder, Organizational Leadership, Training, and Relationship Management. I am also highly skilled in Sales and Contract Management, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity, Audit, Team Building, Public Speaking, and Corporate Social Responsibility. I am a proud Army Veteran and Military Spouse. I remain active in multiple initiatives around each as well as other nonprofit organizations and serve on boards for youth sports.
