All of my schooling has been a labor of love of learning and a journey to understanding business systems (which are in fact the most human attempt to affect reality) and influence them in a variety of ways. Engineering Psychology provided me with a unique empathic view of users and how to improve systems by identifying and removing design flaws that lead to human error. Business Development and Innovation gives me the ability to be creative and innovative in problem solving and systems design, while also giving me the ability to understand and translate corporate language and business realities. Logistics Engineering provided me with further technical skills to assess the inner workings of logistics and the supply chain and its effect on the value chain (the lifeline) of any business system. Altogether they are the ingredients, seasoned with over a decade of experience, that provide me a holistic understanding of business systems and all of their components so that I can implement and influence them in ways that benefit the company’s value chain and delivered customer experiences.
