Dale has been creating and unlocking value for technology investors for more than 35 years through his hands-on leadership and advisory services at more than 25 companies. Dale is currently Managing Director of TurnPoint Advisors LLC, a management strategy and advisory firm that provides services to leading Private Equity Firms to enhance shareholder value. He also serves as CFO and COO at Beard Integrated Systems Inc. Prior to forming TurnPoint Advisors, Dale was CEO of NextiraOne, a Private Equity backed Information Technology Software and Services business that he helped grow to $650M in annual revenue and culminated in a successful sale to BlackBox Inc. Prior to NextiraOne, He served as EVP, CIO, and interim CEO of $2.8B Daisytek International Inc. a global provider of Information Technology Products and Services with offices in 12 countries that served retailers and resellers. Prior to Daisytek, Dale was SVP, COO and CIO of Fujitsu Network Communications and Fujitsu Network Services, where he led their growth and performance enhancement initiatives that resulted in growth from $30M to $2.2B. At Fujitsu, Dale was responsible for developing the annual strategic plan and led the global quality management initiatives that resulted in CSQP and ISO-9001 certifications. Dale\'s career reflects a demonstrated track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives, driving execution of strategic alternatives, and executing M&A integrations and divestitures. Dale has served on the boards of nine public and private technology companies including, Daisytek (Nasdaq), Riverstone Networks Inc.(Nasdaq, acquired by Lucent Technologies), Linesider Technology (acquired by Cisco), Telcove (acquired by Level 3 Communications), Alliance Systems (acquired by Unicom), Virgin Islands Telephone (acquired by Rural Telephone Finance Cooperative), and Bell Industries (Nasdaq), where he oversaw the successful spin out of the Recreational Products Group and helped launch the IT managed service business rebranded as Bell Techlogix, Dale previously served on the non-profit board of the Ursuline Academy Foundation. His board committee roles have included Audit, Compensation, M&A, Nominating and Governance.Dale is a thought leader in strategy development, product and service development, supply chain management and growth planning.
