Stoneseed is an IT Professional Services organisation; we provide Project Management, Business Analysis Services and Technical Advisory professionals through an innovative ‘on demand’ model known as PMaaS (Project Management as a Service). Projects are by definition temporary and many organisations face a challenge of whether to build their own internal capability and increase headcount, or take on contract resources. This is often where we come in, providing our own employed and highly skilled project team against a flexible demand. We also provide PMO, Process and the Toolset to support our clients’ Project and Programme Delivery. I lead and manage the Client Engagement team, responsible for acquiring new business and working directly with clients from in the public and private sector.
