Dale is responsible for identifying and developing new strategic partnerships for the venture, and involved in all aspects of production, sales and marketing. Dale is also Chairman of the Board for the TRUST Project, Treasurer and Chairman of the Finance Committee for the Home for Little Wanderers, and Chairman of Bostonians For Youth, as well as a Board member of the Trinity Boston Foundation. Dale formally headed up Fidelity\'s retail Brokerage business with 1,400 ees and their Active Trader world. He was also President of Fidelity\'s FundsNetwork, and head of Fidelity\'s small retirement and 529 business. Prior to joining Fidelity, Dale was the President of John Hancock\'s Retirement business, which he grew from $60M in annual sales to over $2B. We has also had private equity experience as a partner with the Milestone Group (a private equity venture). Before Hancock, Dale was a Senior Managing Director at Putnam Investments where he headed up 401(k) marketing and was a national sales manager.
