This is a small group of highly talented and motivated people that are not just pushing the boundaries, but blazing new ground in micro-fluidic technology.While here I led the certification effort for the integrated ISO9001/45001 systems. We started with practically no standard operating procedures or safety systems and 13 months later we were certified with \"No Findings\". We have also had no findings in the annual audits/recertifications performed since then.Developed and implemented a google drive based training and document control system to enable ISO compliance.Performed the initial cost structure analysis of our innovative product and targeted the further development with an eye toward continuous improvement. This led to over a 75% cost reduction per piece over a 4 year period.Implemented safety practices company wide that encouraged full participation of all employees.Performed analysis and validation for shipping of hazardous materials.Led multiple RCAs to determine a path forward that added robustness to our product. This included many experiments to determine the \"operating envelope\" of environmental conditions that would allow successful system operation.Interfaced with the building managers to maintain the facility.
