The company provides comprehensive services throughout the entire project lifecycle, encompassing development, design, procurement, construction, operation, and asset management. As an O&M Coordinator, my responsibilities included:Customer Site Coordination:• Assisted in the operation and maintenance of 15 solar farms by managing maintenance schedules, troubleshooting issues, handling business transactions, ensuring compliance, managing inventory, and overseeing solar module warranties.• Led customer and field technician meetings to provide high-level operational updates, address key activities and developments, and ensure alignment and effective decision-making.• Managed a fleet of six vehicles by overseeing maintenance schedules, conducting inspections, and ensuring operational efficiency while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Procurements & Subcontractor Support:• Prepared and submitted proposals for procurements and on-site work, while vetting subcontractors to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.• Submitted Service Quotes, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Orders to support ongoing operations.Spare Parts Project:• Identified, organized, and coordinated the shipment of over spare parts and solar modules to more than 30 locations across Ontario.• Utilized engineering drawings and data sheets to identify the functionality and ownership of spare parts, ensuring each solar farm was appropriately supplied with new inventory.
