About Dakshesh Chawla
I am currently pursuing my MBA in Human Resource Management from India\'s oldest B-school- XLRI, Jamshedpur. During the period of the next 2 years of my MBA journey I look forward to developing and honing skills required to be an effective and efficient team member and well as team leader. Prior to joining XLRI, I worked as a Audit Associate with one the biggest auditing firms of the world and got an exposure to the audit industry. With a strong commerce background and the new skills that I will learn during my MBA course I look forward to working on live projects and making significant contribution to the human resource domain and the corporations that I will associate with in the future. I am also passionate about the application of technology in the future of HR and how it could create value both for the organisations as well as the individuals.
