Coordinate & Conduct training to customer / dealer / AL team on usage of i-ALERT (Telematic). Understand, install, Demonstrate & train users on the solutions. To understand the customer requirements, enhancements, issues, consolidate and provide feedback to CSB & CSM. Regular interaction with the customer in their region, improve usage and develop stickiness and to ensure customer adoption of i-ALERT /Sarathi & other solutions. To monitor and follow up with the customer on the retro fitments and renewal of the subscription. Travel with the vehicle when needed.
