ABOUT DAKSHAINI GUPTA

Final year BBA. LLB.(Hons.) Student at Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla. Through the five years of law school, I have worked with at both litigation chambers and leading law offices, to ensure filling of gaps from one role through the opportunities of the next. I have taken up more of drafting work, client meetings, court proceedings, briefings with litigation chambers. On the other hand, in my firm internships, I have handled research and briefs pertaining to arbitration law, IBC, RERA, environmental compliance, evidence and criminal law. Further, I was adjudged as the \'Best Speaker\' at the KK Luthra Memorial Moot Court, 2025. I have also been associated with the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot for over 3 years now, both as a participant and as a coach. I believe my fast learning abilities, commitment to succeed, and efficient communication skills will make me a good fit for the profession. Looking for opportunities that will enable me to showcase my talents, all the while creatively challenging me to adapt new skills and processes needed to advance within my chosen career path.
