As a Business Consultant at LeadSquared, I develop and manage relationships with potential customers, proactively engage with them, and qualify leads for the sales team. I also monitor customer feedback to identify red flags and areas of improvement, and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective lead generation and conversion. I have successfully booked appointments for multiple large contracts and increased the customer satisfaction rate by 15%. I am pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at BML Munjal University, where I have learned analytical, communication, and team working skills that I apply in my current role. I have also completed several virtual experience programs in data analytics, visualization, and technology from Accenture, Deloitte, and BCG, where I gained hands-on experience in using various tools and methods to solve real-world business problems.
