   I oversee a team of 4 full-time staff and 2 volunteers for a nonprofit (Church and Preschool/K-12) with a budget of $20M+ annually. In this role I give financial oversight on a monthly and annual basis, reviewing financial data and provide reports on results and future projections to committees, boards, and other organizational leaders. I prepare annual budgets for each individual entity within MBC Inc. based on historical data, current economic indicators, and other factors provided by internal leaders. I work through forecasted results and cash flow management to ensure both ongoing obligations and ministry objectives can be met while also seeking to ensure future organizational success. In the past year in this role I have digitized the financial review processes for monthly and annual audit work, resulting in a 20% monthly time savings. I am currently implementing additional digital tools and robotic process automation software to reduce manual labor and bring increased value by allowing employees to spend that time doing more mission critical work.
