I am a Real Estate Broker with Hayden Outdoors. I was the Owner and Founder of Dakota Properties headquartered in Spearfish, SD prior to the merger with Farmers National in June of 2015. Hayden Outdoors specializes in the marketing and sale of farm, ranch, recreational, commercial and residential real estate. I graduated from South Dakota State University in 1980 with a degree in Ag-Business and have 38 years of experience in real estate brokerage and banking. I have handled complex multi-million dollar transactions representing both buyers and sellers including IRC 1031 exchanges. I am licensed in South Dakota, North Dakota, Wyoming and Montana.
