Dakotah Jennifer is a creative strategist, entrepreneur, and storyteller serving as Chief Creative Officer of Northern Real Estate Urban Ventures (NREUV) and the primary leader of Project Community Capital®, NREUV’s award-winning social capital platform. In this role, she oversees the design and execution of programs that connect residents with workforce opportunities, entrepreneurship pathways, and wraparound supports.At NREUV, Dakotah guides all outward-facing messaging, digital content, and marketing, ensuring the firm’s mission of community-driven development is communicated with clarity and impact. She played a central role in achieving CORES Certification and quarterbacked the team’s winning Deanwood Metro Station RFP proposal.Dakotah is the founder and CEO of DakJen Creative, a branding and digital content studio that also leads lease-up marketing efforts for real estate projects. She is also the visionary behind Elitewise Escapes, a curated travel experience brand. A graduate of Columbia University’s MFA program, Dakotah is a published author and journalist with various creative publications, some of which have won awards.
