Since joining McConkey in July 2022, I\'ve had the privilege of serving as an HR Coordinator, where every day brings new opportunities to support an incredible group of individuals. My Journey to HR began in social work, where I discovered my passion for advocating for others and fostering positive change. Transitioning into the field of Human Resources felt like a natural progression, allowing me to continue making a meaningful impact on people\'s lives in a different capacity. As HR Coordinator I play a role in various aspects of HR operations. From sourcing top talent to ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and managing employee benefits, I\'m committed to supporting our team every step of the way. Outside of the office, you\'ll often find me spending my days chasing my toddler around, enjoying a good book (on my Kindle), or testing out new recipes in the kitchen. I believe in the power of balance and strive to bring that same harmony into the workplace.
