He currently leads a team of Operational Excellence professionals supporting Rheem’s North American Manufacturing facilities, where he spearheads initiatives to optimize production processes, enhance efficiency, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.A Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Dakota has successfully led numerous cross-functional projects in industries ranging from renewables and medical devices to automotive and beyond. His leadership in driving process improvements and operational efficiencies has consistently delivered tangible, bottom-line results.In addition to his technical expertise, Dakota is the author of FORGE: A Systematic Guide to Generational Impact—Built on Faith and Strategy, a bold family leadership manifesto equipping Kingdom-minded families to lead with vision, values, and long-term strategy.He is also a passionate mentor and team builder. Dakota has taught Lean and problem-solving workshops across the U.S, equipping teams with the skills and mindset necessary to solve challenges and drive innovation.
