In this role, I’m focused on fostering team cohesion, operational excellence, and community relationships that centre safety, respect, and collaboration.With over 15 years of experience across emergency response, dispatch, and healthcare leadership, I bring a grounded, values-based approach rooted in compassion, accountability, and equity.
