As a Manager at UPS, I lead and support various initiatives that enhance the efficiency, quality, and profitability of the operations. I have been with UPS for over seven years, starting as an hourly employee in the irregular department, next a part-time supervisor and advancing to a specialist and then a fulltime supervisor role, and now a manager thanks to my hard work, dedication, and performance.I have held positions such as the chair of the steering committee, a member of the operation excellence group, and an IPLD supervisor, where I collaborate with different teams and stakeholders to identify and implement best practices, innovative solutions, and continuous improvement opportunities. Additionally, I am pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Technology at Colorado Technical University. At CTU, I am learning valuable skills and knowledge that complement my experience and interests in finance, administration, and management. My goal is to continue growing and expanding my career at UPS, where I can apply my skills and expertise to contribute to the success of the organization and the satisfaction of the customers.
