Over 25+ years in HR across ERP software, technology services and professional services, I’ve partnered with CEOs and executive teams to align talent, culture and organization design with where the business needs to go next.Today, I lead HR for the India operations of a global ERP firm, after having served as Talent leader for a FTE Global Business Services organization spanning 20+ countries. Across these roles, I’ve focused on building scalable HR operating models, strengthening leadership bench strength, and de‑risking the business through thoughtful workforce planning and regulatory discipline – including Permanent Establishment risk in complex GBS constructs.My track record includes driving four HR automation and digitization initiatives that delivered ~30% time savings and ~50% cost reduction; building 5‑year succession pipelines for critical leadership roles; and designing post‑pandemic hybrid and culture strategies that reconnected enabling functions with the core business.
