Hi I\'m Daivam! I\'m currently a Business Development Manager at Amazon working in the Amazon Business Team that focuses on offering Business and Bulk Purchasing solutions to enterprise customers. I started my career as an Ops Management Intern in the Last Mile at Amazon, received a full time offer and spent the next 3.5 odd years working in the Middle Mile as a Program Manager owning charters focused on process excellence, operational quality and process automation through investment in automation equipment.In my tenure at these various roles I have picked up skills that allow me to structure solutions out of ambiguous problem statements, have the ability to influence stakeholders without authority and to work with multiple teams at a time to deliver on complex multi-iteration solves.Currently, my focus lies strongly on learning how to be an effective salesperson, one that is able to deliver for both - the organization and the customer.
