In this role I am working internationally as a key lead member of the Global IPSD ME CAT Machine Engines Team: developing successful strategies to ensure optimal product positioning and providing core customer support services: building and promoting robust internal and customer partnerships and creating effective account plans (working in close collaboration with Account Managers and Technical Leads); overseeing preparation of accurate and reliable pricing agreements based on exhaustive market research and managing remote delivery against customer requirements. As well as all that, I prepare monthly and long term financial forecasts as well as analysing sales trends and evolving demand patterns and act as escalation point for a wide variety of commercial issues, including complex delivery and supply chain issues.
