I am creative - found my lost passion (for 20 years) during Covid, and started painting. My first painting is \'The Core\'. From there, I started Core of a Leader - since I believe everyone has a leader in their core. Throughout my career, I liked solving problems at work. So I wanted people to have a method for finding answers to their problems. That is why I created \'TRU color Methodology\'. It may sound simple, but there are several profound principles, and science behind it. It took my whole life, experience, education, research, and deep pondering about life. I welcome employers to partner with me to empower employees, and strengthen them - and show your care!I Some unique things I did in my life, which inspired to do Core of a Leader- My marriage (23+ yrs and running) without even seeing each other:) Came to US for the love of my life without considering the barriers of color, country, language, and culture. There\'s goodness in our human hearts, which helps us to be a leader- Getting a law degree, a second master\'s in my 40\'s (with 5-hour commute, health issues, and family)- graduated with 3.6 GPA (16% graduation rate). Not for career prospects, but for myself - to wear my True colors- Tough, but found solutions -pursued continuous effort for 7 years to help a homeless abandoned woman, including getting approval of Joel\'s law from court; and she reached home to her parents- which taught a profound lesson about Rogerian theory which is behind therapy and coaching. She has International Coaching Federation approved PCC level coaching education too.
