I\'m a people-first professional with over 8 years of experience in HR Operations, Global Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Strategy — and my journey has taken me somewhere truly meaningful.Today, I wear a few hats that I\'m deeply proud of.As Program Manager for She for STEM at VigyanShaala International, I work at the heart of gender equity and STEM education — designing and driving programs that help girls and young women see themselves as scientists, innovators, and changemakers. It\'s work that combines my love for structure, people, and purpose in the most fulfilling way.Alongside this, I co-founded QurioKid with my friend Heidi — an initiative rooted in our shared belief that every child deserves more than marks. They deserve clarity, confidence, and real conversations about learning, life, and their future. Through QurioKid, I mentor students (Grades 7–12) in Science and Math, helping them build strong foundations and, more importantly, helping them discover who they are and what they could become.My corporate journey — across Puma Energy, EY GDS, and Deloitte USI — has shaped me into someone who understands how organizations work and how people thrive within them.    As Co-Founder of QurioKid, I’m building a purpose-driven initiative that empowers students in Grades 7–12 through engaging, personalized online learning in Physics, Chemistry, Math, and Biology. What I do-Design and deliver concept-focused STEM sessions that go beyond textbooks-Spark curiosity and help students connect science and math to real-world applications-Encourage open, two-way conversations to guide students in exploring their interests and future paths-Actively engage with parents to build awareness around early STEM education and career possibilities-Work closely with our core team to shape curriculum, content, and learning experienceQurioKid is more than a learning platform—it’s a mission to make meaningful learning accessible and to help children make confident, informed decisions about their education and careers.
