Daisy is Deputy General Counsel at Ochsner Health, where she oversees employment legal matters for a workforce of over employees across 46 states. Since joining Ochsner in 2015, she has provided strategic legal counsel on a wide range of employment-related issues, including litigation management, employee benefits, immigration, and compliance.She leads all employment litigation and manages key functions such as employment tax, workers\' compensation, affirmative action compliance, mergers and acquisitions employment diligence, physician contracting, and employee training. Her work is rooted in a proactive approach to risk mitigation and employee relations, with a strong emphasis on litigation strategy and organizational training.Before joining Ochsner, she practiced at Jackson Lewis PC representing clients in ERISA and complex employment disputes.
