About Daisy Auger-Domínguez
I\'ve spent 20+ years at the intersection of people, leadership and innovation — at Google, Disney, Moody\'s, and VICE, and now as Global Chief People Officer at Digital Asset, a high-growth fintech. I’ve built the people systems, the culture, and the leadership capacity that help organizations grow, and the people inside them. I\'ve seen what breaks under pressure. I\'ve also seen and built what endures. And increasingly, those who last and lead well aren’t the ones who know the most. They’re the ones who connect the most. As AI takes on more of the cognitive work, the human layer — trust, taste, judgment, the ability to bring people with you — is the work. That’s the space I’ve built my career in and what I write and speak about. When leaders get the inside work right, teams think more clearly. Culture holds under pressure. People stop surviving and start contributing what matters. That\'s what my work is about, whether I\'m shaping people strategy inside a high-growth company, writing about it, or standing on a stage in front of leaders who are ready to lead what’s next, not what wears them down. I\'ve written two books from inside the work: → Burnt Out to Lit Up — a guide to reigniting energy, purpose, and joy in leadership → Inclusion Revolution — a playbook for making equity real, not just aspirational I keynote on the leadership nobody teaches you — the inside work of staying human, effective, and lit up while everything around you is moving fast and chaotically. I’ve spoken for Fortune 500 companies, global summits, and leadership teams. I\'ve spoken at TEDx, SXSW, the Aspen Institute, and Microsoft, among others. I write about the human operating system at work — what it costs to lead well, and what it makes possible — as I practice it myself. I write for the leader who is already performing a level up before the organization has fully seen it. And for the one who has been seen — promoted, trusted, counted on — and is now wondering how long they can keep this pace. You can find me in Forbes, Harvard Business Review, and on Substack at Work y Más. Speaking inquiries: l••••@freshspeakers.com Get the books: Substack: https://daisyaugerdominguez.substack.com
