ABOUT DAISY WIBERG
In my most recent role as the Director of Sun Valley Kitchen + Community Center, I oversaw all of the organization\'s partnerships, programs, fundraising efforts, and operations. I was responsible for creating and implementing programming for the Community Center, including a No-Cost Grocery Program, Youth Enrichment Program, Youth Employment + Professional Development Program, and a Local Chef Entrepreneurship Program. I created and implemented systems and strategies to help grow the organization\'s budget and fundraising / grant opportunities, making the organization more fiscally sustainable. EXPERIENCE Prior to my role with Sun Valley Kitchen + Community Center, I served as the Program Director for Love Light & Melody, and I worked for the Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission (LASEC) as the Sales & Community Outreach Manager. In those positions, I was responsible for developing and implementing projects + programs; managing partnerships and donor relations efforts; fundraising; volunteer and event management; and administrative tasks related to the organizations\' day-to-day operations.
