Most probably this will be the largest investment they will ever make, therefore I am there to assist in finding the home, provideing guidance to the right financing, if need;and all the way to receiving the keys to their \"new residence\". I done this for over 20 yrs and still love this profession as much as I did from the very first day I received my first license. I make sure I find the most cutting edge information that will give my clients an advantage in the housing market, and that they have the best chance of getting the house they want in this highly competitive housing market.None of my clients have to worry that I\'m in this profession for the income, because Real Estate porfessionals do not get paid until the family closes on the house. Therefore, we are not motivated by the earnings we are receiving, because we are not rewarded until the family gets what they want.
