About Daisy Sudderth
As a military child who lived through the 2016 attempted coup in Turkey, my firsthand experience with international conflict has deeply influenced my passion for diplomacy and international relations. Living without my mother for eight months during that time ignited a drive within me to foster understanding between Western and Arab leaders. As an undergraduate student at the University of Houston and Houston Community College, I am passionate about learning, particularly in International Relations and language acquisition (advancing Arabic, Spanish, and French). Beyond academics, I channel my insights and energy into leadership roles, such as serving as President/VP of Women of Gold, Black Student Union, National Association of Black Journalists, and contributing creatively to platforms like Coog Radio.Currently, I am interning with Young Invincibles, where I am sharpening my skills in research, strategy, marketing, and communications, while gaining a deeper understanding of legislation and their broader impact. In addition to my internship, I am the Founder and Director of Expose The Predators, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to educating children about online safety and the dangers of interacting with strangers online.I’m driven by the belief that meaningful change happens when diverse voices come together—and I’m excited to be part of the generation that makes that happen. Let’s connect!
