Following the merger of DHL eCommerce and EVRi in October 2025, I oversee all operational recruitment across the EVRi Group (EVRi, EVRi Premium, UK Mail, and Coll8) throughout the UK. I lead the end-to-end talent attraction and recruitment strategy, working closely with HR and business leaders to deliver high-quality, timely hiring across all operational roles.I manage and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, leveraging data, insights, and technology to drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and an enhanced candidate experience.My key focus areas include building strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring compliance, and delivering measurable value through data. I also lead process optimisation, automation, and the implementation of AI-enabled solutions to simplify and improve the recruitment process for all stakeholders.
