ERP systems specialist with over 13 years of experience working with business systems across auditing, consulting, and ERP technical support roles.I currently work as a Senior SAP Business One Consultant and Support Desk Manager, supporting and optimising SAP Business One environments across both SQL Server and SAP HANA platforms.My work focuses on diagnosing complex ERP system issues involving databases, integrations, infrastructure, networking, and ERP upgrades.
