Responsibilities:• Sole HR for On Logistics and Exact Logistics, c.100 employees across six sites within the West Midlands area. • Conducting the entire employment lifecycle ensuring GDPR compliance and maintaining an auditable trail in relation to any documentation. • Formulate and present statistics across higher management and chased up any enquiries.• Update and review all company policies to ensure accuracy in line with guidelines and legislation. Including the employee handbooks and contracts.• Ran employee surveys through ‘WorkBuzz’, then disseminated the results to relevant sections of the business.• Advertise vacancies and organise interviews with the relevant managers.• Being the sole contact for new starter inductions to ensure compliance, and integration into the team.• Liaise with recruitment/temp agencies and internally reporting on these• Ensure uniform and PPE are ordered and maintained.• Managed the training platforms \'Online Training Academy\' then \'iHasco\'.• Assist with transitioning out any leavers, conducting exit interviews, and ensuring all equipment is returned.• Supporting Health and Safety with the introduction to procedures and training.• Amending and implementing any contractual changes.Key Achievements:• Created and implemented banding pay structures.• Created streamlined electronic employee personnel files ensuring compliance.• A focus on employee engagement with implementing recognition, reward and benefit schemes.• Created a HR strategy.• Completed a redundancy process.• Advised and supported on an IIP Accreditation.• Streamlined the data on the HRMS.• Created and maintained reporting on employee turnover, retention, and absence. • Advised Managers on Disciplinary, Grievance and Dismissal Process.• Completed a TUPE in and out• Created processes to improve communication for finance relating to payroll cut off.• Advised Managers on sickness procedures and Performance Improvement Plans.
