Responsibilities included defining and maintaining a high-quality, up-to-date, and searchable knowledge management strategy for Sidara and OpCos, managing content on the Sidara Connect platform, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop standardized templates and procedures. The role also provides project management support for strategic initiatives, assembled and maintained knowledge bases across key sectors, and led the use of digital asset management tools whilst using internal engagement strategies to drive internal improvement of knowledge sharing and internal engagement. Additional duties involved managing MS Teams channels, coordinating meetings, tracking content usage, and improving accessibility. It also supported the programming and engagement plan for London-based brands, including the global rollout of Hybrid Sidara Townhalls.
