With years of experience as a housing officer and now as a manager, I have gained a deep understanding of housing policies, tenant relations, and property management. In my initial role, I focused on supporting residents, resolving issues, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This experience sharpened my communication and problem-solving skills, enabling me to effectively address the varied needs of tenants.As I moved into management, I embraced greater responsibilities, overseeing team performance, developing strategic initiatives, and improving service delivery. My leadership style prioritises collaboration and continuous improvement, ensuring our housing services effectively meet community needs while adhering to best practices. This journey has strengthened my commitment to providing safe and sustainable housing for everyone. My experience as a stadium and museum guide at Chelsea Football Club has sharpened my communication and interpersonal skills, allowing me to engage effectively with visitors and provide them with enriching experiences. My previous role as a groundswoman at Wimbledon equipped me with excellent organisational and hands-on skills, particularly in managing and maintaining high-quality grounds.I have a passion for darts, representing London and Middlesex, which has honed my focus, precision, and competitive spirit.
