   Perform quality control and quality assurance audits of all aspects of RBI implementation projects to deliver successful RBI programs to clients- Audit MI data related implementation for all assets including unconventional/complex equipment such as ammonia converters, urea reactors etc. as well as common refining/petrochemical equipment including storage tanks, reactors, drums, piping, exchangers, air coolers, specialty cryogenic equipment and PRDs- Review the accuracy of RBI implementation within PCMS including damage mechanisms, release quantities, operating pressures and temperatures, process services, and PCMS’ highly customizable inspection planning per API 580/581 and any of the clients’ specific regional, local or internal regulations/procedures- Perform audits to ensure accurate inspection grading and inspection effectiveness assignment per API 581 and the client\'s internal standards/procedures for all inspection event types- Review systemization and circuitization of client\'s PFDs and P & IDs and ensure their precise transmittal onto the client\'s AutoCAD files- Provide PCMS SME support after project turn-over or as needed for clients.
