My goal is to build capacity for problem-solving at the client, organizational, and community levels by leveraging United Way\'s strengths as a funder and convener. I facilitate the Chatham Housing Collective, a cross-sector initiative uniting nonprofits, local government, and community members to address housing instability and maintain a nimble, coordinated housing services system. I now lead the Chatham Success Network as well, a partner-driven pilot designed to help families achieve long-term self-sufficiency through goal setting, closed-loop referrals, and wraparound support. I oversee data collection and evaluation for both initiatives, facilitate partner convenings and trainings, and represent United Way in regional housing and systems change efforts. Recently, I have been driving our continued transformation of allocations to design funding mechanisms that best support our collaborative initiatives and community.
