I am a highly experienced Learning & Development leader with over 15 years of success designing and delivering impactful training solutions across highly regulated industries including telecommunications, utilities, construction, engineering, power generation, and nuclear.With a strong foundation in business partnering, strategic planning, and digital learning technologies, I build and lead global L&D teams and Centres of Excellence that drive competency, talent development, and behavioural change.I’m passionate about fostering inclusive, psychologically safe workplaces that support neurodiversity and diverse identities.
