About Daisee Francour

I am a dedicated nonprofit leader, strategist, and advocate committed to advancing environmental, racial, social, and economic justice through a decolonial, anti-capitalist, and anti-racist lens. My work is rooted in an intersectional approach that acknowledges the deep interconnectedness between Indigenous Rights, climate justice, biocultural diversity, and community resilience. With a career spanning philanthropy, policy, grassroots organizing, advocacy, and organizational development, I have worked alongside Indigenous, frontline, POC, and allied communities, ensuring they have the resources, tools, leadership support, and organizational capacity needed to sustain their movements. My expertise lies in building long-lasting and authentic networks, and leveraging those connections to redistribute financial and non-financial resources to empower BIPOC-led organizations, Tribal Nations, and frontline communities in their fight for justice and self-determination. Beyond advocacy, I also have experience in social services, supporting survivors of domestic violence, at-risk youth, individuals facing homelessness, and Native American parolees navigating reintegration. I believe in holistic movement-building—where justice, healing, and transformation intersect to create long-term systemic change. I am seeking leadership opportunities where I can apply my vision and experience to support mission-driven organizations, particularly in executive roles, to drive structural change, build coalitions, and mobilize resources in service to frontline communities for the protection of Mother Earth. Let’s connect and build toward a just future together!
