I am currently leading the HRBP function (hire-to-retire) for Reliance Retail\'s Wholesale Grocery (Cash and Carry) business (Metro) in the East. Locations are dispersed over seven States: Chhattisgarh, Assam, Tripura, West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, and Odisha. Responsible for talent acquisition & management, as well as the people operations and culture of 42 active wholesale distribution centers with over 1700 employees. I am directly managing a dedicated team of 2 HR managers across the zone.
