Saviynt is a B2B SaaS company and one of the market leaders in cloud identity and access governance solutions (IAM, IGA, PAM). To put it in simple terms, Saviynt provides software that helps businesses to ensure the right people access the right resources at the right times. Although the industry and Saviynt\'s products are quite technical and complex, my role as a UX designer involves simplifying the design, ensuring end users can navigate our product without the need for constant expert intervention or support. Amid numerous technical and design debts, I\'m actively enhancing the company\'s UX maturity, with a vision to transform Saviynt into an outcome-driven and design-led organization that delivers user-friendly products, rather than acting as a feature factory. Some of my major projects include the redesign of Access Requests, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Application Onboarding. I\'m also leading the creation of a design system that promotes consistent UI across our products and minimizes design-dev alignment issues. As a Figma expert, I\'ve guided the team through the transition from Adobe XD and continue to offer support for any Figma-related inquiries. My work has earned me several recognitions, including two \"Above and Beyond\" awards and the \"Employee of the Month\" accolade. I\'ve also received the \"Optimizations\" award, given to teams that display maximum efficiency, embrace agile practices, and eliminate waste.
