On-boarding, induction & monitoring compliance for Joining Documents, communication to new recruits on HR policies, employee benefits, reporting relationship/ organization Structure, security norms, Jewelry policy, attendance system, work floor discipline etc. Updating policy manual with management consent & timely communication with stakeholders, partnering with them for effective adherence to policies. Ensure up to date employee master, resolving employee queries/ grievances pertaining to the system & effective utilisation of the system. Complete recruitment life cycle. Become the first point of contact for all employee queries and be the face of HR for employees by becoming visible across all levels and reach out to employees to ensure all issues are addressed. Handling all employees grievances related to payroll and work condition Drive day-to-day performance management in work to line management (e.g, coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions). Conducting exit Interviews for all personnel and presenting report attrition analysis to the Management Single point of contact with the contractual contractors service providers, provide the monthly input for salary processing to accounts, and accomplish FnF settlements, MIS reporting. Manage end to end payroll process, Responsible for preparation of data to process payroll, Attendance preparation, Leave data preparation, Earnings/ Incentives and Deductions calculation. OT calculations etc Working on - Pionec and spine payroll software. Daily visit to Factory
