Responsible for handling of downstream business line capital project’s phases (Conceptual study, FEED, detail design and execution. Perform business case evaluations/analysis and risk assessment studies on admin area bulk plants and pipeline projects. Review and finalize project gate deliverables in alignment with Project Sponsor & all stakeholders. Complete all assigned tasks related to Operational Excellence (OE). •Led and completed the feasibility/conceptual studies, FEED and Detail Design (DD) phases of various downstream capital projects with value up to $ 750 MM (refined product pipelines, Fire detection & Control systems, upgrade of bulk plants and others).•Lead the roles and responsibilities of Senior Operation Representative for assigned projects according to company General Instruction (GI), Capital Management System (CMS) manual and related corporate guidelines/standards.•Responsible to make sure all required deliverables/documents provided are accurate and on time by all multidisciplinary engineering teams and concerned organizations during each phase of the project. •Develop, analyze/evaluate business cases (submittals) for various new capital projects, review supporting docs, provide feedback and present it to upper management for approval in respective business plan.•Coordinate, arrange and conduct meetings with management & stakeholders to align on critical milestones and deliverables to successfully meet project objectives. •With proactive approach, develop white paper/memo/presentation to highlight any issues/ concern to upper management and stakeholders to avoid any impact on schedule & budget. •Monitor/track and report the project progress on weekly/monthly basis.•Review similar projects Lessons Learned and implement recommendations. •Coordinate and attend VIP (Value Improvement Practices) reviews and sessions. •Being an SME/part of Operational Excellence (OE) team, manage and handle all tasks related to OE processes.
