Oversee day-to-day operations of tennis, pickleball and court tennis- Hire, train and supervise a strong team of racquets professionals, pro shop desk attendants andmaintenance staff- Responsible for the operations and maintenance of all outdoor and indoor racquet courts, including astate-of-the-art newly built racquet facility- Develop member programming, including clinics, tournaments, and social events- Work in conjunction with racquets committee to establish rules, policies, and an attractive andcomprehensive calendar of events- Engage with membership to understand their needs and preferences in order to drive participation andexcitement in all our racquet programs- Maintain a well-stocked pro shop with new apparel and the latest technologies for tennis, court tennis & pickleball- Responsible for budgeting and financial planning for the racquets department, focusing on revenuegeneration and expense control. Report to the GM and board members regarding the performance and progress of the racquet sportsdepartment.
