ABOUT DAVID DAICHES
We didn\'t build INSHUR by having all the answers. We built it by refusing to stop looking for them. I\'ve been founding and building companies for most of my career. Ten years ago Dan and I started INSHUR from scratch - my latest venture and the one I\'m most proud of. Since then we\'ve navigated funding rounds, regulatory challenges, market pivots, restructurings, and every kind of storm a growing company can throw at you. We\'re still standing - and getting stronger. I\'m a technical founder at heart. I started my career as a coder, grew into operations and strategy, and I\'m now deep in AI - building agents, experimenting with what\'s possible, and genuinely excited about what it means for businesses that are willing to embrace it early. What I\'ve learned across multiple companies is that most problems aren\'t unique. The founder who feels like they\'re the only one navigating a particular crisis almost never is. That\'s why I spend a lot of time talking honestly about what building a company actually looks like - not the highlight reel, but the full picture. I\'m passionate about mentoring founders and operators who are in the thick of it. If something I share is useful to even one person trying to figure out a hard problem, that\'s enough for me. Outside of work I\'m an endurance sport obsessive - marathons, triathlons and a recent white collar boxing win. The same mindset that gets me to a finish line is the one I bring to work every day.
