Leading strategic communications for a global initiative supporting grassroots advocacy at the intersection of agroecology and climate justice. Working across a network of 21+ organizations in the Americas, Africa, Asia, and Europe, I amplify the voices of Indigenous, Afro-descendant, and local communities advocating for food systems transformation.Key responsibilities:*Coordinating multilingual communications (EN, SP, FR, PT) across diverse networks.*Aggregating and elevating advocacy communications from grassroots partners, including social media, earned media, reports, and visual storytelling.*Supporting grantees\' existing communications strategies and helping expand their reach through media and resource connections.*Collaborating with a global team of communications consultants to shape AEF’s global narrative and presence.*Participating in and amplifying stories from a learning community of national, regional, and global collaborators.
