ABOUT DAIJAH DIGGS
I am a Program Manager in the Office of Prevention & Intervention at the School District of Philadelphia. I am currently working on a grant to increase the pipeline of mental health professionals working in SDP public schools. I have research experience at the undergraduate, graduate, and post-grad levels in qualitative, quantitative, and mixed method studies. I also have varied clinical experience working with children and families. My diverse clinical and research experiences have allowed me to develop a passion for the integration of science and clinical practice.My research interests include how parent-child relations and community factors impact child development and psychopathology, studying the effectiveness and dissemination of evidence-based early intervention for high-risk youth with disruptive behaviors, and delinquency prevention.
